By placing an order, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. All order are subject to availability and confirmation of the price at checkout. In order to purchase with Aalam you must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by an acceptable bank.

Placing an order

a. Please note that an order is deemed completed only when the payment has been successfully completed.

b. Adding product(s) to the cart will require you to follow up with check out of the cart and complete the payment.

c. Once payment is completed, the price stated is deemed final. Therefore, we do not entertain any refunds nor returns in regards.

Discount Codes

From time to time, we may give out Promo Codes that can be used to get discounts on specified products. It is yours to ensure that you code is entered and applied before checking out your order. Please note that no refunds will be processed on discount codes where the code is not entered and applied at the point of purchase.

Payment

We accept digital wallet payment such as Apple pay, Google Pay, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Paynow.

a. Measurements stated may have slight variance due to the multiple production of the product(s).

b. We try our best to produce actual representation of our product colors. However, there might be instances where colors shown on the products may vary due to viewing in different devices and settings.

c. Although, our team ensure all items goes through stringent quality assurance process, there might be slight imperfections such as loose threads, minute dotted stains etc. due to inevitable causes at production.
